"Kayla and I don't do much that would be considered by others to be really exciting or different. We tend to just hang out. Kayla's gone to Federation Square and the Comedy Festival, the Guide Dogs training centre and the Coastal Villages Festival, all for the first time. We've watched sunsets, walked the dog, we're gardening, we're cooking, we're doing photography and scrapbooking together. Just when I think I'm not being much of an influence, Kayla quietly lets me know that she's tried some food that she's never eaten before and liked it. We're considering joining Coastcare in order to save Westernport Bay and we've both given up on ever getting my dog, Ella, to behave when her favorite 15 year old is around. Erica and Bethany have been matched for over 12 months and were a perfect match from the start. They have become very close and had lots of fun together.
